Roasted Cauliflower with roasted chickpeas

A medium length roasting of the cauliflower – other ingredients include spring greens and tahini.

We’ve found that the cauliflower needs to be cut into ‘medium’ florets, not large ones! 🙂

Be prepared to reeaaalllyyyy stir the dressing to mix in the tahini, depending on how old it is and if you’ve stored it in the fridge.
